We had the pleasure of working with the ‘Commando Sundials’ project, founded by Adam, a former Royal Marine. After leaving the military in 2016, Adam developed a strong interest in watches, which eventually led him to join Instagram. He quickly became a well-known figure in the military and first responder communities, thanks to his engaging Instagram page that highlights beautiful, technical and notable watches.

Through Instagram, Adam has been able to connect with watch collectors and enthusiasts from all over the world. Using timepieces as a common theme, he has made some amazing connections and heard incredible stories from those who have served in the military and law enforcement.

Our team was tasked with refreshing the Commando Sundials brand to reflect Adam's journey and his passion for watches. We knew that his story needed to be told in a way that conveyed how watches have become a useful way to interpret and understand the world after his life in the military.

With this in mind, we worked with Adam to create a brand that reflects his love for watches, while also capturing the essence of his experience in the military. The new Commando Sundials brand is a reflection of Adam's journey, and we are proud to have played a part in bringing his vision to life.
