To maintain transparency and integrity, we carry out basic KYC procedures with all new clients. This process includes verifying essential client information, such as:

  • Business registration details

  • Payment sources

If a project or client presents a higher risk, we may implement Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), requiring further documentation or information.

 

Transaction Monitoring

 

Haus of Hiatus actively monitors all transactions to ensure compliance with AML regulations. Our guidelines include:

In alignment with AML standards, we retain relevant client and transaction records for up to five years. These records are securely stored and are available for review by regulatory authorities if needed.
