We’re delighted to be launching our own retainer packages to aid companies to improve their visual presence (online and in print).

 

The retainer service is perfect for organisations who need to produce marketing materials on a regular basis every month, but don’t want the burden of hiring full-time graphic designers, creative strategists and marketing team.

 

The cost will be discussed based on your size and annual turnover, however there will be discounts for climate neutral, veteran-owned start-ups, charities, not-for-profits / community interest companies (aka social enterprises) and sports teams.

Who / what is it for?

 

Our retainer packages are for those that:

 

·      Know they need a full-time creative team with a huge range of different skill sets to develop and deliver their marketing strategy to aid their organisation’s growth.

 

·      Don’t want to hire a big and expensive team to provide the service in-house.

 

·      Want to pay a set fee each month for experts to raise their profile and generate new leads.

 

·      Need professional designers, marketers, brand strategists to bounce strategy and ideas off at regular intervals.

 

How does a retainer programme work?

 

We arrange an initial call to understand what kind of work is required and how regularly it is needed – then we’ll give you a quote for it. We’ll run a trial month (at a discounted rate) to test the working relationship. If this is successful, we’ll offer a 3,6,9 or 12-month contract at a guaranteed cost.

 

The cost is paid up front at the start of each month and the scope is discussed and agreed whenever most convenient.

 

What’s included:

 

• Social media post creation.

• Illustration (for approved marketing uses only such as articles and blog posts – not merchandise sales).

• Video editing (including for content marketing or social media).

• Image generation (i.e., photo collage or composition for social media).

• Photo editing (colour, depth of field etc).

• Copywriting and editing (including spelling and grammatical checks for website copy)

• Motion graphics (animations (i.e., logo stings) used for video, social media or website)

• Infographics (copy and figures to be provided).

• Website adverts (job postings, competitions etc).

• Strategy development and refinement.

• Research (i.e., for article writing, strategy development or social media posts etc).

 

 

What’s not included

 

• Services do not include additional costs (highly-specialist services such as bespoke font production or feature length animations).

• Illustration or images used for commercial gain (i.e., printing onto clothing or merchandise for revenue purposes – non-marketing activity), these are available as separate services.

• Logo design.

• Videography (i.e., shooting video) or photo production (these are separate services that will be offered in the near future)

GOLD

 

·      40 hours per month (10 hours per week)

·      1 call per week to discuss projects for the following week

 

SILVER

 

·      20 hours per month (5 hours per week)

·      1 call per fortnight to discuss projects for the following fortnight

 

BRONZE

 

·      10 hours per month (2.5hours per week)

·      1 call per month to discuss projects for the following month
